Raised and educated as a clinical psychologist in the US, Dr. Saliha Afridi moved to Dubai in 2008. In 2011, she founded The LightHouse Arabia, a Dubai-based mental health and wellness clinic. Over the last decade, she has had extensive experience consulting with executives and the corporate workplace on a range of issues related to wellness, stress management, coaching and transformational counselling.
